Refund policy
If Meremark Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required.
How to request a refund
Email hello@meremark.app within 14 days of your purchase. Include the order number or purchase receipt so we can find the transaction. You do not need to explain why you want a refund. Please do not send a password, full payment-card number or full license key.
What happens next
We will arrange the refund to the original payment method. The time for the money to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded Pro access may be deactivated; free reading continues, and your existing annotations remain readable and exportable.
Current early access
Sales are not open yet, and every feature is currently free during early access. This policy applies when paid purchases become available.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law. If a purchase is handled by a store or payment platform, its refund process may also apply. Contact us if you need help.
